We were learning about the school triathlon. This year for the triathlon we had to do 2 laps of running, 2 lapes of biking and 2 laps for swimming. We needed to remember to bring our shoes and our togs for running,biking and swimming.
My goal for the school triathlon next year is to when I run is to take deep breaths and try and get a ribbon. I should also try and train as much as I can for the next tryathlon.
I found it hard to keep up with my running and take slow deep breaths and keep up my swimming by not walking.
Next time I will take slow deep breaths and give it 100% in everything.
